I recommend this anime to anyone who is in the mood for a good slice of life anime (with a bit of supernatrual elements to it).
You will most likely consider to drop this anime at one point or another (somewher in the first half of the series) but I can say that it gets way better in the second half of the anime and that it's worth to endure the bad episodes in the first half.
I want to give this anime 5/5 stars, but because of the (partly) lame first half of the anime it only gets 4/5.

Synopsis:
 Sweet and naïve Hanato Kobato came to Earth on a mission to collect and fill a bottle with 'konpeito,' which appear after healing a person's heart that is suffering. Kobato collects these because it is her wish to go to a certain place. Despite her strangeness, Kobato turns out to be well-suited for this mission as her heartfelt sincerity in helping others earns her the love and admiration of everyone she meets. However, she is not allowed to fall in love with anyone whose heart she heals.
